Sending our lovely items to you
We will deliver our items to you at the address you state as your delivery address. Please ensure that this address is correct.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the items once they have been delivered (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will always use reputable delivery companies to deliver our items and we will always aim to deliver our items on time (delivery times of 3 working days are approximate).
Delivery costs are based on the size and weight of the parcels being dispatched and also on the delivery location, We only deliver to the UK currently. We will not allow our delivery service to leave items outside.
We only advertise items that are in stock, therefore;
Orders placed after 3pm will be posted the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend will be posted on Monday.
Christmas orders - Due to delivery lead times over the busy festive season we suggest that any orders you, as our valued customer make, are made no later than Monday 16th December - so that we can ensure delivery will be made to you before Christmas. We’re happy to accept orders after that date but would not be able to guarantee that they arrived before the Christmas season.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver products at any time. We will not be liable to your or any third party by reason of us withdrawing any product from delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchases from Oliver & Bo.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost, You will be required to pay the return postage costs, unless the item was faulty.
We ask that you ensure the parcel is packaged correctly so that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We require that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Items that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced, subject to the following:-
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will claim from our postal carrier and in order to facilitate this we ask that you send us a photograph of the damage within 48 hours and keep the original packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to discuss returns prior to you sending it back.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned items.

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds (GBP). All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
Please read all instructions that come with our products and ensure that these are followed. We accept no liability for bodily injury/property damage, if instructions are not followed.
